Chairman of the Cotton Board under the president, minister of Higher Education, Science and innovations Ibrokhim Abdurakhmonov inspected a number of facilities in the Quyi Chirchik District of Tashkent region in order to study the situation of planting seeds in the fields with the participation of members of the Cotton Council and 13 district working groups.
